I took the GMAT and the TOEFL at the same week - I was so exhausted by preparation that I decided to kill both beasts at the same week. I spent 3 evenings preparing for the TOELF.
My result is 112
Reading 26
Listening 30
Speaking 27

Tips and advices:
Take a trial test to learn the format
Reading: Learn stupid rare words for Reading section, here is where I lost 4 points.. There is a book called '400 words for TOELF' that contains all of them. Tackle questions one by one and don't worry about the time - I finished reading +15 min
Listening: DON'T note down everything that you hear, instead focus on main ideas only. I wrote like 2-3 pages per conversation so it was hard to look through these notes. I also irritated the test mentor coz he needed to bring my new papers 3 or 4 times
. You'll have enough time - I finished +5 min in each section
Writing: For me the challenge was the 1st essay - I simply did not know how and what to write? But I found an answer and I highly recommend this guy:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hUdCFcbdCzche presents very clear guidelines and examples + he's a bit nerdy so it's fun to watch him
VERY IMPORTANT: don't forget about the word count! The more the better! I wrote both essays at 440 words just because I forgot the wordcount matters!!!
Speaking: watch videos recommended at the forum's sticky topic, make notes on post-it and just practice delivering various stuff. And don't worry about right or logical answers - just tell whatever makes sense grammar and structure-wise. Listen to great radio DJs to get an idea how to talk on ANY topic
