Toefl Speaking section evaluation

Can anyone shed light on how is speaking section evaluated.... how far your points are cut for any fumble that may happen...also if you dont utilize all the 45/60 seconds .. will that result in few points being cut... kindly help I m having my toefl n next 5 days...

Try always to use the entire 45-60 seconds in your answers, though try to finish your answer before the time is out to not being cut in the middle of a sentence..
