Agreed, Bale goes the whole distance when playing his roles (physique wise).

I am truly shocked so many people would put Blood Diamond at the top of their all time list.

I, too, was surprised at how long it took before American Psycho was mentioned. C'mon guys, this is classic stuff: Patrick Bateman: Paul Allen has mistaken me for this dickhead Marcus Halberstram. It seems logical because Marcus also works at P&P and in fact does the same exact thing I do and he also has a penchant for Valentino suits and Oliver Peoples glasses. Marcus and I even go to the same barber, although I have a slightly better haircut. And the business card scene? Aspirational!

There are just too many movies for me to list. Some I prefer to watch by myself, such as American Pyscho and Children of Men. I always catch something new when I watch those two. Have you ever noticed, for instance, that Bateman mentions where he lives before he even tells you his name? That in itself tell you a great deal about him. Anyway, there are also movies I love watching with others. I have to watch European Vacation, Fellowship of The Ring, and Last of The Mohicans with my mother - especially during winter. I like watching Predator and Aliens with my dad or friends. Braveheart can be watched anytime (I still tear up sometimes with this one). And then there's the Indiana Jones movies. During some time off at HEC, I watched Expendables with some classmates. People from Poland, Denmark, and Romania were there. We snacked on roasted peanuts, pistachios, and beer. Great times. There's a reason why most of us recommend watching a movie and relaxing on the day before the test. It's one of the best things that you can do. In fact, try to find the time to watch one with somebody this week. You won't regret it.

My test is tomorrow. I barely studied yesterday; just read some articles from the economist and read most of my book (diving bell and the butterfly). I'll try to finish the book today, and probably will read a few more articles. I watched Robin Hood last night, and will probably watch another movie. I think movies are great to calm your nerves down. Hopefully it'll help me tomorrow.

Christian Bale looks incredibly skinny for "The Fighter". What a stud.

Christian Bale totally ruined American Psycho for me...although I guess that's what happens when you read the book first, love it, and then see the movie. Just awful. What made Patrick Bateman so appealing to me in the book was how he seemed so cavalier about killing and just like a normal guy to everyone else. Went to the gym, killed a girl, met my friend for a drink etc. like it was nothing. In the movie he acted psycho and everyone suspected it, changes everything. Anyone else read the book and agree? Anyways my fave movie of all time: My Cousin Vinny
