I've been searching for information about the Top PhD Programs and everything I find is MBA programs. Can someone direct me to a site that lists information about the Top PhD Programs?

I think FT publishes a list every year. I am not very sure of it. Will have to double check and come back to you.

if you are serious about your PhD, then look for individual professor and research groups recent work (research topics, papers published, citations, research impact and so on) rather than any ranking, as that would matter more for your potential 5 year commitment to the research group than overall reputation of the school.
