Pretty much all schools feed into some sort of consulting companies, to find out which schools feed into which companies, just look at the employment reports of each school.

As for the experience, in general European schools prefer more experienced candidates than US schools. But at 8 years (most average being 5) you are still pretty normal as an applicant.

Thanks for the reply.

Does Age of the candidate also matters? For e.g. I am 32 and will start my MBA at 33.

Age DOES matter of course! At 33 you are a bit on the old side. And schools might be more hesitant to take you because they might feel you have passed the moment in your career in which an MBA might be useful to you. That's not to say that you can't get in, but it will be harder, especially in US programs. For European programs, the average age is often about 30, so you are far more fine. If you have enough experience and you feel it's right for you, you could also consider EMBA programs, which are specifically designed for older, more experienced candidates.
