\frac{0.0036*2.8}{0.04*0.1*0.003}=\frac{(36*10^{-4})*(28*10^{-1})}{(4*10^{-2})(1*10^{-1})*(3*10^{-3})}=\frac{36*28*10^{(-4-1)}}{4*3*10^{(-2-1-3)}}=84*10=840.

Answer: A.
