B. equally likely to exceed the proposed speed
limit as they are ---- doesnt sound right ...and they is ambiguous..
C. equally likely that they will exceed the proposed
speed limit as---- doesnt sound right ...and they is ambiguous..
D. as likely that they will exceed the proposed
speed limit as---- doesnt sound right ...and they is ambiguous..
E. as likely to exceed the proposed speed limit
as they are.---- doesnt sound right ...and they is ambiguous..(and they are EXCEEDING should be there...."...

so A for me....

A for me. In E as ...as they are is wrong comparison.
Since I read OA is E so Whats the source.

OA is E. But someone the sentence doesn't sound right- "as they are the current one"
Any thoughts?
