It is a hit and miss, but there are a few general rules for MBA transfers:
It is easier to do in State Schools, esp in the same system such as UC or UT.
It is almost impossible to do in top ten elite schools. They will require almost every one to re-take classes and won't transfer credits, which is understandable.
I don't have much experience with part time programs, but I think those are more practical and more realistic, what you have to do to make sure you get all of your credits counted, is to make sure the programs are compatible and have similar classes/courses, though my guess will be that you will get only partial credits.
Hope this helps. If you were in the FT MBA, you could have gone abroad or transfered to a partner school, but with a PT and a job, that is not very likely.
Good luck with your transfer - I would encourage it. If you do move to a better school, you should notice a difference almost everywhere - classes, students, professors, alums, jobs... you get MBA once, may as well get the best one for you.
