Denote the internal angles at X with a , Y with b and Z with c. From St 1
1) z=x, or x=b+c, z=a+c =>a=b
2) y=x or a+b=b+c =>a=c ,
From 1) and 2) a=b=c,=> X=120┬░

C is the answer
The formula is
(180-x)+(180-y)+(180-z)=180
540-x-y-z=180
x+y+z=360
Thus 1 alone is not sufficient nor 2 alone is.
Both of them are sufficient though
