Wow... What a disaster that was. I ended up with a 530 (32Q, 31V). I honestly don't know what my problem is. I did well in practice tests leading up to the exam and didn't run out of time today. Here's my breakout on practice tests:
MGMAT CAT 1 - 560 (37Q/30V)
MGMAT CAT 2 - 620 (43Q/32V)
MGMAT CAT 3 - 640 (43Q/35V)
MGMAT CAT 4 - 650 (41Q/37V)
One thing that I do know for sure is that
Manhattan GMAT CATs are in no way inidicative of your final score. I have extra time (accomidations) on the test, so I'm not able to use the GMATPrep software as you cannot adjust the timer.
The verbal section of the real test is MUCH harder than there's (partciularly the Sentence Correction passages). Also, the Reading Comprehension is on par, Critical Reasoning is too easy as well. CR is what killed me though. Quant seemed not to be that bad, so I'm not really sure what happened.
UGH. It's too late for me to take another, so I'm in quite the quandry. Good thing I spent countless hours studying, writing essays, etc and thousands of dollars visiting schools, hiring tuturs and buying prep books...
I'm am in general a pretty smart person, so maybe I'm just a bad test taker? I never had great grades in college. I do feel like I know the content well enough to score at a minimum a 640, so this is really frustrating.
