James, that RC screenshot has got to be a 5-6 point font size. Too much eyestrain. Can you pump it up at least two sizes larger??

If it's still too small, try zooming in with Word.

Much better, thanks.

Seems like the second paragraph is contrasting another characteristic (effiency) of NPO hospitals: efficiency.

I`ll select (A) over E. B,C, and D are out of scope.

(A) should be the right answer.

(B) - no benefit is discussed here.
(C) - No solution is proposed.
(D) - Only the non-profit hospital is discussed here.
(E) - Irrelevant.
