Re: Tuck 2013 (Dartmouth) - Calling All Applicants [#permalink]
I just received an email that said that the WL was reduced considerably and that I “have been selected to remain on our reduced waiting list". I’m not sure if I am happy because I still have the chance of getting into Tuck, or if I’m stressed for having to wait for another month!!
“If we do make additional offers to candidates on the waiting list, we do not anticipate making them until the July timeframe at the earliest”. So I guess I’ll have 3 weeks to grab all my stuff from Chile and take it all the way to Hanover… I hope that’s the case.

I hope they will be faster for international candidates, given the visa and loan processes. Whatever the answer is, it would be appreciated to know the result by mid july at last. It wouldn't make sense to accept internationals mid August anyway, except if they let clandestinos in))

Not sure which thread on the Tuck waitlist is more active but just wanted to share an update here as well. I received news today that I got off the Tuck waitlist so I think there is still movement into the rest of the summer! Do not give up hope!

Also I am now freaking out a bit and would appreciate advice!

yeah guys I'm sorry, as much trouble as I'm having I'm sure the people on the WL are sweating bullets. I know I would be if I were watching me in their shoes.

Riverfish, I'm on Kellogg waitlist, wondering if you've made a decision yet?

Lol yeah I'm curious to know myself! Also, can you describe yourself so we get an idea of which demographic they'll look to fill for whichever school you decide to not attend? Ie: I'm Male/US applicant/Asian/finance background. thanks!
