Two flights leave Chicago for Tashkent at the same time. Neither is a direct flight: flight A stops in Vladivostok on its way to Tashkent, whereas flight B stops first in Prague and then in Istanbul en route to Tashkent. If each stop is exactly 85 minutes long and flight A arrives in Tashkent at 8:30 AM local time, what time will it be in Chicago when flight B arrives in Tashkent?

Time of flight A = (9:45) + (1:25) + (6:30) = 17:40
Time of flight B = (9:50) + (1:25) + (2:35) + (1:25) + (4:30) = 19:45

Local time at Tashkent when flight A arrived = 8:30 AM
Local time at Tashkent when flight B arrived = 8:30+2:05 = 10:35 Noon

Local time at Chicago when flight B arrived = 10:35 Noon + 13 = 11:35 AM

Note: Corrected for mistake of flight hours from P to I.

Total time from chicago to taskent Flight A
= 9.45 + 1.25 + 6.30 = 17.40

Total time taken by Flight B
=9.50 + 1.25 + 2.35 + 1.25 + 4.30 = 19.45

Difference = 2.05

Hence Flight B reaches at Taskent at = 10.35 AM

Local time at Chicago = 11.35 PM
