All schools will give you some slack because Chicago is an elite undergrad program, but the numbers are only part of the issue. HBS is probably impossible. Wharton, Haas, Kellogg, and Coumbia are very unlikely unless your work experience shows unusual impact and substantial leadership and you have a commensurate community profile. NYU is somewhat less unlikely but still difficult unless you have the work/nonwork leadership/impact just mentioned. You have a decent shot at USC if you maximize the leadership/impact in your essays and execute well in showing your 'uniqueness' vis-a-vis other applicants.
