Guys (and girls  )

I received several PMs about what's going on with my GMAT and where on the face of the earth did I vanish???

I DID NOT VANISH!!! I am still very much around and peek around whenever I have an extra min. Somehow for the past month I have been actively answering the PMs rather than posting around the club. That's ok, I benefit from answering, just like ps_dahiya mentioned!!!

I wanted to take the beast on Sep 5th, but I said to myself that if I don't reach the desired score range a week prior, I won't take it... and that's exactly what happened. I pushed myself really hard last 3 weeks of August and still couldn't get out of the 630-650 range. I need at least 50 points more. So I postponed.

Now, I knew September would be the busiest month for me, and I kind of shifted focus from GMAT to other very important things... so I am not studying 5 hours/day now, but still going over my notes to keep the basics 'fresh'.

I should have more time from the beginning of October, so I will participate more then... and till then I will learn from many of your discussions!!! One thing for everyone to realize is that posting answers and explanations takes twice as much time -> but in the end you benefit from it, because NOT ONLY you rewrite the rule in your memory, BUT ALSO register it in your brain!

Happy studying everyone!!! And congrats to some of my GMATClub friends who whipped the &*(%@ out of this test!!! You guys rocked the GMAT world!!! ps_dahiya, your studying schedule just made sense to me now (after I read your UPDATE post) it was crazy, but I salute you for being so persistent and dedicated!!!

And for MATT, please read the link Praetorian posted -> this was the very 1st message I read here at GMATClub, and it made me realize that road might be long and winding, but you will reach your destination one "BEAUTIFUL DAY" Just believe in yourself and keep away from any kind of negativity :!:

Cheers everyone,
u2lovergirl

PS: the next in line to take the test are my club buddies Futuristic and haas -> guys, I am sure that you are going to do very well too!!! :gl I will keep you in mind!!! This club is almost like a virtual family to me... Like Parmender said, if I don't check posts here, I feel something is missing

A break can actually work to your advantage. If you have hit a wall with your preperation, a small break can help you come back with a fresh viewpoint. Have a good break.
