East coast applicant here heading out to LA for my R2 interview this Saturday. I've never been to LA so does anyone have any suggestions on places I should make sure to see or things I should definitely do while I'm out there to get a good sense of life in LA? If admitted, I'm not sure I'd be able to swing another trip out west for admitted students weekend, so I want to make sure I can get a good feel this time out.

I received my Rd2 call / email on Friday. Haven't seen anything regarding scholarship info. Should I assume I didn't receive anything or has anyone heard of people hearing a week or two after their admit?

Like freetz, I was invited to interview a few hours after being waitlisted on the R1 decision date as well. I had my on-campus interview last week on 2/14. No word from admissions yet. From previous year's threads, it looks like Anderson is pretty good about getting back to waitlisters 2-3 weeks after they interview. However, last week I spoke with a current student who was waitlisted in R1, again in R2 then finally got admitted around (not on) the R3 decision date...

Haha wait list is rough.

Curious, isn't Marshall supposed to be the better program for entrepreneurship? Assuming you would continue in that field and got into Anderson AND those were the 2 schools you were deciding between, do you know which you would choose?

I just got an email "Round 2 MBA Applicant Update". It was just a normal update to let me know that they are still evaluating the applications. Did any one else too receive such email?
