UCLA FEMBA 2012 Candidate evaluation [#permalink]

Please evaluate my candidate profile. I am primarily interested in the FEMBA program at UCLA starting 2012. I am 33 years old, Indian citizen on H-1 Visa. I hold two Masters of Science degrees from University of New Mexico,USA in the areas of Optical Sciences & Engineering,Electrical Engineering(2005,2002, GPA 3.4,3.2), Bachelors of Engineering(Electrical & Electronics Engineering) from University of Madras,India(1999, 76%). I have 6 years work experience, 4 years in a start-up IT consulting firm , I am currently working for a Fortune 500 company in the Los Angeles area (since 2/2010) in IT. Total work experience is 6 years ,all non-managerial.yet to take GMAT

You meant to write EMBA I guess right?  Have you got any sponsorship or support from your employer? This is something that can be a gamechanger

Hi I am interested in the Fully Employed MBA from UCLA. This is a part time program, and yes I will be receiving partial tuition reimbursement from my employer. I am not eligible for a Executive MBA program

Try and hit a 670 or higher on your GMAT (if you can cross 710 you would be awesome!) and you should do fine with a good application package, and essays.
