UCLA or Columbia? [#permalink] New post 26 Jan 2006, 16:10
Hi Hjort,

I am trying to decide which application to submit next, given my time constraints and the approaching deadlines. Would you recommend I submit my app for UCLA right away to ensure I make their 3rd round deadline of Feb 21st, then submit my Columbia app asap after that in their rolling admission process? My other option would be to get the Columbia app in 1st to have it submitted earlier in their rolling admission, then try to get my UCLA app done for Feb 21st.

I suppose my question really pertains to your thoughts on when it is too late to apply to Columbia's rolling admission process in order to have as good an admission chance as earlier applicants, and how UCLA's 3rd round applicants are considered relative to those in the 2nd or 4th rounds.

Any advice you can give me on which application to focus on 1st would be greatly appreciated.

Also, could you please give me your opinion of what the top schools in the US and Canada for entrepreneurship would be?

Thank you Hjort.
