IMO B... :)

A. because they come at reasonably affordable prices. --- they is referring to dealers / gizmos
B. because these products come at reasonably affordable prices. -- correct usage of general noun to refer back to the gizmos
C. coming as they do at reasonably affordable prices. -- same as A
D. because these digital gizmos come in reasonably attractive packages. -- wordy and prices changed to pacakages
E. owing to their reasonably affordable price - again their refers to gizmos/dealers
