Unable to access Challenge that I paid for... [#permalink]

Hi there,
Could I already paid for challenge one but I am cannot access this challenge. Could you fix this?
My receipt number is 0939-9109-5104-4813.

Hello, you should now be able to access the challenge.
Sorry for the inconvenience. I think you must have not specified your username in the Challenge form. Ideally the system must have told you that something is wrong. I am going to work on this and make sure that this mistake does not happen anymore.
