UNC Essay I - a little advice needed

Hello,

For the first essay question for UNC Kenan-Flagler as shown below, the second part seems a bit confusing. Are they asking for more strengths that I already possess (in addition to the 2-3 strengths), or they are asking for some strengths/qualities that I wish to develop in B-school?

1. What are the 2 or 3 strengths or characteristics that have driven your career success thus far? Do you have other strengths that you would like to leverage in the future? (500 words maximum)

Your advice will be greatly appreciated,

They are asking for other strengths that you already posses that you intend to use as you advance professionally in the future.
