UNC vs Georgetown? [#permalink]

gtown seems to have higher post mba employment stats compared to unc and is in VA which offers a lot of consuting companies and techs as well. I am looking into Consulting as 1st choice and banking 2nd... suggestions? http://students.msb.edu/admissions/empl ... rofile.pdfhttp://www.kenan-flagler.unc.edu/Progra ... ecruit.cfmhttp://www.kenan-flagler.unc.edu/assets ... y-2010.pdf

its really close, if give the nod to UNC unless you wanted to be in DC post MBA, then Gtown. Its really up to where you feel more confortable, you'd have almost the same opportunities out of either school. BTW this thread is old, shaselai has since picked UNC

Same exact choice here, I'm thinking of Georgetown mainly because I want to be in NYC post graduation and I feel the proximity is close enough to drive/bus up for interviews. Looking at rankings and other stats, they seem to be pretty on par with each other with a slight edge to UNC.

This seems to be a pretty common dilemma...
