I figured that I would post something now that I actually have something relevant to say. I've applied to UNC and UT Austin so far. I was accepted to UNC and still waiting to hear back from UT. I was just curious what everyone thought about the programs, locations, and post-degree opportunities. Most people seem to say that it is a good idea to go to school in the general region you are considering working in after. I've been living in DC for a good amount of time now and don't really have any interest in coming back. I've visiting Chapel Hill and Austin and liked both.

Has anyone decided on either program so far and if so why?

I appreciate any advice.
