A and B compares baseball field with footbal and therefore teh order of comparison is wrong. elliminate them. D uses fileds whereas football is played on a standard field. thus it fails parrellelism test.
the difficulty here is between choice C and E. C is the winner
Why use as well as if you can use and.

football compare to baseball

D - not correct because it contains fileds (plural), instead of singular - field
C - is out - it needs both in size and in shape

I'd go with D. It was b/w C and D. The difference is that football is played on a field which is standardized whereas baseball is played on [many] fields which vary in size and shape.
C would have implied that the same baseball field varies in size and shape
