unlike other arachnids, which have their nerve cells evenly distributed along their bodies, the scorpionтАЩs nerve cells are clustered in its head, like a mammalтАЩs.
(A) bodies, the scorpionтАЩs nerve cells are clustered in its head, like a mammalтАЩs
(B) bodies, the scorpionтАЩs head had a cluster of nerve cells, as a mammal does
(C) body, the scorpions has a cluster of nerve cells in its head, as a mammal does
(D) body, nerve cells are clustered in the scorpionтАЩs head, like a mammalтАЩs
(E) body, a cluster of nerve cells is in the scorpionтАЩs head, like a mammalтАЩs
they said C, and i agree with them (since arachnids and scorpions are compared), but i guess mistyping happened here. not 'scorpions has' but 'scorpions have'.

down3.net is not a good source of questions if you want to be sure that questions and answers are absolutely correct.
I'd advise you to get Kaplan books and OG

In answer choice C, shouldn't it start with "bodies" rather than "body"
because it refers to a plural noun "arachnids"?
