It tool me 1 min 14 sec to choose the correct answer. Initially thought answer E not correct as we've both active and passive voice in the same sentence. However, when used POE all other seemed wrong because of wrong comparisons. Hence, chosen E. how come D is wrong? D is wrong be it is comparing "the United Kingdom" with "the chief executive". Correct comparison will follow this structure: In comparison with the United Kingdom, ..................., the United States.................. D. In comparison with the United Kingdom, where the party that wins a majority of seats in Parliament chooses the head of the government, the chief executive in the United States
