For this question, you want to compare twins to patients, instead of transplants to patients, which is exactly what (A) did.
(B) (D) and (E) are all guilty of bad comparisons too.
So (C) is best. It says unless transplant invovles identical twins.... all patients receving organs..
In (C) you compare the twins to patients.
