What does your undergraduate GPA translate to in terms of the average US university scale? Your profile indicates a 2.5 – is this the case? That is below the average for top programs.
I’m sure you’re aware that your 700 GMAT score would not move the needle as much as it would otherwise, given that you come from an overrepresented demographic in the MBA applicant pool.
Perhaps I missed it, but what is your current career path? You mention internships, but no full-time work. Are you a student? How old are you?
In terms of your post-MBA goals, my advice would be to paint a picture that cohesively ties together your past, present, and future. You mention HR but also entrepreneurship and philanthropy – those are incredibly diverse. Pick a path, show your motivation for that path, and finally how business school would bridge the gaps that stand between you and that path.
