Urgent Advice Needed: Should I retake (680)? [#permalink]

Hello peeps.
I took the GMAT for the very first time today and scored a 680. Should I take it again asap (ie after a month), or is this good enough? My aim is a top b-school in the US. Mind you, if I decide to retake in one month, I will not spend any more time studying between now and then, maybe do a few practice tests here and there.
I graduated from a top US institution for undergrad with a good gpa.
Any advice on whether or not I should retake would be immense and much appreciated in advance.
