I would go
20 C
21 Confused b/w A and C,would go with C
The author emphasizes how the American economy transformed.A,D,E are clear out.Between B and C,would go with C for Q20
21 Its a transformation.Isnt it?Last two lines...,hence C

I gave you Kudos  The point is: I easily eliminated all four wrong choises, but (C) is not good either, although it's the best from the set. OA is (C).
