US part-time MBA vs International executive MBA ? [#permalink]

Hi All,
I have somewhat of a unique question - I work in a global healthcare company in US and have about 7 years experience. I recently got admits from UCLA Anderson (part-time), UC Berkeley Haas (part-time) and Wharton (exec) programs - however, I have long-term international plans and I'm wondering if a US MBA makes sense right now. As if this was not enough to think about, I am also considering a good position back in India (Mgr for S. Asia) with my company. I'm hoping I can pursue my MBA from ISB/INSEAD (full-time or exec) in a couple of years having had exposure to emerging markets. Do you folks think that is a better strategy than doing an MBA here and staying back for 4-5 years. Kindly provide your thoughts. Thanks.
