USC Marshall - PM MBA - Fall 2010 [#permalink]

Didn't see a thread on this, so I figured I'd start one.
Got admitted for Fall 2010 - USC Marshall PM MBA, Round 3
Stats:
Age: 25
GMAT: 590 (35Q/35V/6.0 AWA)
GPA: 3.35 (University of California, B.A in Business Economics and B.A. Political Science)
4 Years Work Experience, worked at a trading desk for a large investment bank at the same firm
Gradual progression in career-level (Associate -> Senior Associate -> Manager)
2 Recommendations. One from my direct supervisor (VP-level), one from another senior person in the business (AVP-Level).
A couple of questions:
Does any one know about the weekend orientation date in July? I'd like to book my tickets sooner rather than later.
Anyone know when tuition is due? I gotta start looking for financial aid, work reimbursement opportunities, and loans.....
Anyone who was admitted R3 and paid their deposit receive their email materials yet? The MBA PM office told me that I should receive an e-mail soon, but I saw in this thread that some have already been notified.
Anyone else relocating? I'm relocating from the SF Bay Area (luckily my job has a relocation option) so I'll be working in downtown LA. Just wanted to hear about what neighborhoods to look for housing in as I hear Downtown LA and USC are near some sketchy neighborhoods. Plus, I don't want to live too far from either work or campus given the dreaded LA traffic.....

Thanks for starting this, ph69917.
I also got accepted for the 2013 MBA.PM class.
Applied round 3, just a day before deadline and was notified last Thurs, June 3rd.
Age: 27
GMAT: 680
WE: 6 years as scientist at bio/pharm
GPA: 2.7
I'm holding off on putting the deposit down until I hear from UCLA, so I don't have any info on the pre-fall stuff yet. Expecting to be dinged though, so planning on going to USC at this point. Very excited!

When was the application deadline?
Looks like I may stand a chance if I get a decent GMAT score.
