Usually I am pretty ok with CR but this one was way over my head and I got it wrong. I still don't understand the OA. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

We have to weaken the argument.
a. No relevant to what has been asked.
b. This will strengthen the argument.
c. Generalization is that, the argument assumes every customer that sits on tall table is there to watch celebrities, will stay longer than others (standard-height seated diner) and order extra, hence the Restaurant will increase profit. But option C mentions that there may be some exceptions to this generalization about lingering.
d. Option D mentions that customer who sits for longer meals order expensive food, which strengthens the argument.
