(A) W has to equal V (I don't remember what we decided about xC0, but I won't consider that for now)

(B) V has to be 6, but who knows about W.

nCk = n!/k!(n-k)!

the result will be 1 if
n=k OR k=0

So according to first condition, W=V or V=0 and W could be anything
according to second condition, V=6 or V=0

So I think the answer is E
