C) will impact local populations and pose an unjust burden
D) will impact local populations and, specifically, pose an unjust burden
E) will be impacting local populations and posing an unjust burde

ideally/generally,.............. .specifically,...............
so ideally and specifically cant be connected by " and ". so Ans - C,D,E are wrong.
In "Ans - B" , two answer options are connected by it is " Run-onn error "
So Ans A) isright answer for me.
