In making your case for the second MBA, I’d stick to your reasons 1 and 3 – reason 2 isn’t as relevant. These reasons may suffice if you make your case specific, i.e., what specifically your goals are and how/why they require the MBA training in leadership, etc. Also, don’t disparage the first MBA in your essay – it’s a negative vibe. Rather, say what you learned at the time and how it helped you – that shows that you are resourceful and apply what you learn. Your case for the second MBA
should be detailed and rooted in what you need to learn now plus other relevant factors as relate to your actual plans and goals.
