That's great! Lots of information!! I will definitely keep in mind these during my application as well Post MBA.
Also My profile is as below :
GRE : 318 q 163 v 155
W ex: 6.5 yrs
Partner(Product marketing) in a firm with 4 employees
decent community activities( My own NGO)
If I'm going to ask you whether I stand a chance, that will be absurd.May be if ask whether such profiles thrive @owen would be a better question.

Yes, it's hard to make an assessment based only on a brief profile, but on terms of thriving at Owen, I can tell you that here we have many smart people from a wide variety of backgrounds. In my class for example, you can find designers, journalists, engineers, doctors, economists, etc. The common factor among them is that they all work hard and help each other. What is said about Owen's tight knit community is true. Professors, TAs, students; all are open and willing to help you learn and succeed. Also, class participation carries a weight in your course grade, and with 6.5 yrs of experience, I believe you may be able to share some valuable insights and opinions.

I think the earliest we'd start hearing is late next week. From those who were accepted in the previous round (and last year's Round 2), Owen calls those they accept on an individual basis.... generally during the week of the formal deadline. I just noticed that my application status went from Complete to blank. I'm guessing this means there will be a decision in the coming days. Anyone else see this on your app today?

any word back from owen on for jan 9th deadline folks? does anyone know if owen calls and makes decisions ONLY on march 8th? i know some other schools release all decisions on the same day. And, generally do they only call you in the morning if you're in or can they call in afternoon also? nervous!

status was blank for 1 week until this morning..it shows as "complete" again. did this happen to anyone else? i wonder what that means..maybe they are done reviewing the file?
