This stuff is copywrited I assume...pointing people to the site to search is one thing but I would be cautious about posting direct links to the documents. We dont want to get Praet in trouble.

Exactly the point I was going to make. Most of the stuff (often illegally) uploaded on scribd is copyrighted and not intended for the public domain.
