My god that website is slow. The icing on the cake was that I was buying a gold membership to see some workplace surveys and it crashed when I hit "place order". I'm pretty sure it didn't process because I didn't get a confirmation email. I'm definitely changing my mind on paying to use it after the horrible experiences!

Agreed that the site is slow, but I find the message boards useful to get more insider information on companies when doing my research. In the end it's just another data point at your discretion...

I agree. I bought the gold membership before I accepted the current job offer. I did feel that I got some insider information from its surveys.
