demonstrates>> the economic value of venture capital to the national and global economies.

(A) interested to track information regarding all aspects of the venture
creation process as well as capturing data that demonstrates
(B) interested in tracking information regarding all aspects of the venture
creation process as well as capturing data that demonstrate
(C) interested in tracking information regarding all aspects of the venture
creation process as well as in capturing data that demonstrates
(D) interested in tracking information regarding all aspects of the venture
creation process as well as in capturing data that demonstrate
(E) interested to track information regarding all aspects of the venture
creation process as well as to capture data that demonstrates

Guys this question has been discussed but I made some points regarding chioce B but unfortunately no one replied and so i am putting it again. Plz see the earlier disucssion and my comments in it. I strongly think the answer should be B. and not D

Plz do comment

I just happened to read your previous comment :o
Idiom is "interested in [doing something]"
"in" is required in both clauses to maintain proper idiom and is in no way redundant.

Venture researchers are <<interested in tracking information regarding all aspects of the venture creation process as well as in capturing data that demonstrate >> the economic value of venture capital to the national and global economies.

I picked D

I think the correct idiom usage is :
interested in X and Y
interested in X as well as in Y

Gurus correct me if I am wrong
