Hello everyone,

I am having a hard time in terms of applying verb tense in a sentence correction questions. With so many different types of verb tense such as past perfect, present perfect, present progressive etc, I am really getting confused on when to apply the appropriate tense to answer the question. This has been my achilles heel. I appreciate any help from you guys.

Look at Manhattan SC book. Though it doesn't have all the tenses, it has the comparision with mostly used tenses to avoid confusion.

Still if you are not comfortable, pick an english grammar book; any grammar book will have chapters on tenses.
