Verbal - CR!! Help needed. [#permalink] New post 06 Jul 2012, 04:37
Hi,
I am planning to appear for the GMAT exam in mid-Sept and for TEOFL in mid-August this year.

I have started preparation for Verbal for GMAT.
Somehow, I seem to be unable to grasp the basics of how to break-up an argument into its building blocks.

I often get confused between the premise, esp when it has statements separated by (,) ; whether to consider as 2 different parts or as a single statement of the Premise. :|

Kindly help..
Thanks in advance. :)

I would recommend that you take two concepts - Premise and Conclusion and Logical Structure. These concepts are a part of the e-GMAT CR course free trial. Here's how you can access those concepts:

1. Click here to register:
2. you will go to Sentence Correction course. From the left menu, click on the Critical Reasoning.
3. Take the concepts in the free trial.

Let me know if the above helps. Look at the video below if you need help.

Regards,

Rajat Sadana
