verbal prep help [#permalink] New post 07 Sep 2004, 06:46
so in my study i have noticed my math scores going up consistently however my verbal has been fairly stagnant. I have the OG book and have done almost half the verbal ques. and also have the PR general prep book. I plan on finishing the OG book but am having issues with two parts in particular...

Sentence Corrections - I am having issues with understanding the convoluted ETS explanations of these questions.

and the parts of RC that require you to determine an assumption or make an inference.

Does anyone have any recommendations for materials either in book form or online to help with the theories behind these two types of questions?

i have heard the PR verbal book is good. Any thoughts?

Thanks for your help!
