It looks like you're looking for resources for verbal studying. The sources you mentioned sound fine - it looks like you have a source for SC and CR. If you haven't found a resource for RC yet, you can consider taking a look into the gmatpill RC pill - a few free videos you can check out.

With RC - you want to do a cursory read of the passage - focusing on understanding where the author is coming from, what direction he/she takes, and then connecting the dots in the passage. Then you approach the questions and determine whether it's something you can answer by connecting the dots OR something in more detail that requires you to refer back to the passage. Good luck.
