Since the majority of customers are not complaining when they are dissatisfied, even those organizations most concerned with customer service have only a single opportunity to establish brand loyalty.

Since the majority of customers are not complaining

Since the majority of customers have not complained

Since the majority of customers do not complain

When the majority of customers do not complain

In the event that the majority of customers are not complaining

Hello All,

In this Q explanation for Option B "have not Complained" is stated as past perfect tense but I think it is present perfect tense. Please confirm
Also Since is preferred in the answer choice therefore, Present perfect tense should be used.

The tie was between Ans choice B and C and I ended up choosing B because of above reasons.

On careful analysis of answer choices it seems use of Present perfect tense makes verb sequencing an issue and that probably is the reason why ans is C and not B.

Requesting experts to comment on the above line of reasoning

Thanks
Mridul
