Hello friends,
I gave my GMAT recently and secured only 570 (Q49,V20). I know I am very bad in Verbal and I use to get 25-28 in practice tests but in main exam I fared very bad. It is clear that my weakness is verbal. I am a disaster myself in RC and I take more and more time to solve CRs. I have read
MGMAT SC guide but still fared bad in main exam. I completed all verbal sections in both
OG 13edition and
OG verbal 2 edition. I am planning to retake my GMAT in July last week. So it will be like again a 45 days of preparation.
Please help me guys and guide me through how I should start and work on. Thanks in advance.
What I will start with is taking a break.. After GMAT take 1-2 weeks break..get into correct mindset and look up to ur challenge again
U need to start with basics in Verbal so I suggest reading novels.. something u are interested in.. 1 novel 2 weeks should be reasonable
and simultaneous work on SC.. pickup
egmat.. its highly valued for non natives..
Be more active in SC section and make sure u gain 80-90% accuracy before u move to CR and RC. one get 17-18 SC questions and the rules are few on which u can be tested so its maths. get ur mindset right and SC will come. I find CR easy as I am use to reading thing even though I have no interest in them
RC will take time and these two come together and ur reading practice will help you in this..
Lastly don't forget quant section..that 49 could go down if u don't keep it up
Hope that helps
