Very low gpa and a 720 GMAT [#permalink]

Is my gpa a deal breaker. I have a very low gpa of just 2.87 from a top 10 engineering school (CMU).
I took 5 years to graduate. I failed classes as well. I did poor.

Now I have 8 years of experience as an engineer with a GMAT score of 720.

I am very confused about the schools I can aim for with this profile.

How much of a concern is my poor gpa today?
