First of all, your GMAT score is not bad, it is average. If you are aiming for the top 15 schools, it will be better to retake it and aim it for 720-750 score. Also, if you are planning to apply to B-schools in the US, you will need to acquire more work experience. You may apply in Asian schools now if you want to.
I feel you should go for your # 1 and # 3 choices: Retake the test , score better and improve your chances of getting into a decent college+ increase your work experience.
