I had previously applied an application to immigrate to Canada. Unfortunately, the application was rejected. Now, I am considering to pursue an MBA. In case I receive an admittance to a Canadian business school, will I face any visa issues?
Thank you in advance for your support.
Regards, Jack

Jack, you will likely get better response on an immigration lawyers' forum. My feeling is that being granted a student status would depend on the reason you were denied PR in Canada in the first place. The only reasons I can think of that might matter is if you have a criminal past or a medical condition that makes you inadmissible as per Canadian Immigration Law. For anything else, I doubt they'll give you much of a hard time, but you're probably well advised to check with CIC to be sure. Good luck!

Thanks Ariel,
The reason was neither medical nor criminal... It seems I have to dig a bit more on the issue.
