Visa To Canada [#permalink] New post 07 Oct 2010, 20:41
I had previously applied an application to immigrate to Canada. Unfortunately, the application was rejected.
Now, I am considering to pursue an MBA. In case I receive an admittance to a Canadian business school, will I face any visa issues?

Thank you in advance for your support.

Regards,

Jack, you will likely get better response on an immigration lawyers' forum. My feeling is that being granted a student status would depend on the reason you were denied PR in Canada in the first place. The only reasons I can think of that might matter is if you have a criminal past or a medical condition that makes you inadmissible as per Canadian Immigration Law. For anything else, I doubt they'll give you much of a hard time, but you're probably well advised to check with CIC to be sure. Good luck!

Thanks Ariel,

The reason was neither medical nor criminal... It seems I have to dig a bit more on the issue.
