Vlerick Leuven Gent offers a one year International MBA program in English in Belgium. The FT Program in English is offered in Leuven, about 15 miles from Brussels.

One of the universities associated with this program, Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, operated an MBA program with the collaboration of the University of Chicago and Cornell University.

The GMAT average is listed as 635.
The listed tuition is EUR 11750 for AY2005-2006.

EIU 2003 placed Vlerick #47 worldwide- between Rochester and Purdue and above ESADE and SDA Bocconi.

EIU 2004 ranked Vlerick Leuven Gent #15 worldwide- below IMD and IESE but above INSEAD and IE.

I am a current student of one year International MBA program at Vlerick leuven Gent management school in Belgium.

Some key highlight's of the program are:

1. The program is placed 14th in the 2004 Economist ranking.

2. The MBA is one of the few programs in the world that have triple accreditions : AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA.

3. The program is extremly international, with 55 students in my batch coming comprising 27 nationalities.

4. The tution fees for the MBA program is only Euros 15000.

Just a slight update. Vlerick has been bumped up to 10th on The Economist's 2009 rankings. A moderate, but welcome improvement!

On another topic, I'm a little suprised how low Bocconi ranked on their list- 72nd. Also, Oxford Said placed 42nd.
